LTD Benefits. Individuals who are in receipt of LTD benefits will have their LTD benefit level indexed by the same amount that pensions are indexed.
LTD Benefits a. Employees covered by the terms of this Collective Bargaining Agreement are provided at no cost to themselves, Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the Group Long-Term Disability Benefits Policy.
LTD Benefits. A long term disability insurance policy providing sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) of salary after ninety (90) calendar days shall be provided.
LTD Benefits. Only full-time Cleaners hired prior to July 1, 2014 and all Operators regardless of initial employment date will receive a long term disability insurance policy providing sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) of salary after ninety (90) calendar days shall be provided.
LTD Benefits. The maximum monthly benefit is $5,000. The maximum benefit period is to age 65. NOTE: The monthly benefit is calculated at 66 2/3% of the first $7,500 of monthly pre-disability earnings. The pre-disability earning amount may be reduced by income received from other sources (referred to as deductible income) prior to the benefit calculation.
LTD Benefits. The parties agree, for the duration of this agreement only, to the following:
LTD Benefits. Individuals who are in receipt of LTD benefits will have their LTD benefit level indexed at 100% of the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) up to a maximum of 3% per year.
LTD Benefits. Those employees currently receiving LTD benefits from the insurance provider shall upon ratification of this agreement continue to receive medical benefits for the period of time currently in place when the disability claim began.
LTD Benefits. This is to confirm the Employer's agreement to continue its policy with respect to benefit contributions for employees on Long Term Disability during the currency of this Collective Agreement.
