Loyalty Bonuses. It is recommended that employees be paid after completion of – 10 years of service one quarter of a monthly salary – 15 years of service half a monthly salary – 20 years of service three quarters of a monthly salary – 25 years of service one full monthly salary – and, after each completion of an additional 5 years, one full monthly salary, unless there are other comparable benefits. Loyalty Bonuses. New Spinco shall pay to each of the Core Employees designated by HC and agreed to by Acquiror, a loyalty bonus equal to 25% of the base annual salary for such employee for the period between the date hereof and either (a) the date of such employees' date of severance or (b) six months after the Effective Time, whichever such period is shorter. Acquiror shall reimburse New Spinco for any loyalty bonus paid pursuant to this Section 10.12 within 20 days from the date New Spinco makes such payment. Acquiror and New Spinco agree to treat any payment made to New Spinco pursuant to the preceding sentence as a reimbursement for loyalty payments made by New Spinco on behalf of Acquiror.

Loyalty Bonuses. The Company may, at its absolute discretion, pay any of the Employees a weekly loyalty bonus, which shall be in addition to any other forms of remuneration payable under this Agreement.

Related to Loyalty Bonuses

  • Annual Bonuses For each fiscal year during the term of employment, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus in the amount, if any, as may be determined from time to time by the Board in its discretion.

  • Longevity Bonus After twenty (20) years of continuous service, an employee will receive a longevity bonus of seven hundred dollars ($700) per year, payable in one lump sum by the second pay period following the employee's anniversary date.

  • Cash Bonuses The Chief Executive Officer shall determine the Executive’s right to receive cash bonuses. Cash bonuses shall be awarded annually based upon the Executive’s and the Company’s annual performance pursuant to the Company’s policy. 5.

  • Incentive Bonuses The Executive shall be eligible for an annual incentive bonus with a target amount equal to 50% of his Base Salary (the “Target Bonus”). The Executive’s bonus (if any) shall be awarded based on criteria established by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) or its Compensation Committee. The determinations of the Board or its Compensation Committee with respect to such bonus shall be final and binding. The Executive shall not be entitled to an incentive bonus if he is not employed by the Company on the last day of the fiscal year for which such bonus is payable.

  • Compensation of Employees Compensate its employees for services rendered at an hourly rate at least equal to the minimum hourly rate prescribed by any applicable federal or state law or regulation.
