Low Quantity Fee. During any Month after the Month of initial deliveries hereunder, if Gas quantities delivered to Buyer by Seller at any Point of Delivery are less than 50 MMBtu per Day averaged over the Month, then Seller shall pay Buyer a low quantity fee of $350.00 per Month for such Point of Delivery.
