Low Acuity Day Sample Clauses
Low Acuity Day. When an employee who was scheduled to work has been instead placed on on-call status due to low patient volumes, the employee will receive On-Call pay. The employee can take PTO time if he/she wishes to make up the difference between his/her call-in pay and originally scheduled hours. If the employee is called back to work the employee will receive time and a half and any applicable differentials, however On-Call pay will cease.
