Common use of Lottery Clause in Contracts

Lottery. If the number of applications exceeds the capacity of the program, class, grade level, or building, all applicants shall have an equal chance of being admitted through a random selection process. The School may give preference in admission to students or limit the enrollment as provided for in section 1002.33(10), Florida Statutes. The School shall clearly indicate in its Policies and Procedures the lottery procedures, and any/all enrollment preferences the school will utilize.
