Common use of Lottery Clause in Contracts

Lottery. The School agrees to implement a lottery system if the number of applicants exceeds the stated capacity of the school, class, grade level, or building to ensure that all applicants have an equal opportunity of being admitted to the School through a random selection process that complies with Florida law and conditions relating to maintenance of appropriate student population that reflects the diversity of the community in which the School is located.
