Lot 3. The City presently leases to the County Lot 3 of the BanksPhase One, as numbered and delineated on the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 361, Pages 62- 63, Recorder’s Office, Xxxxxxxx County, Ohio, up to an elevation of 510 feet according the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (“Ground Lot 3”), together with portions of the adjacent rights-of-way up to such elevation (the “Xxx 0 Xxxxxxxx XXXx”), pursuant to a Lease (the “Lot 3 Lease”) dated May 11, 2001 by the City and the County.
