Lost Receipts, etc. In case any Receipt shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt of like tenor at the expense of the Holder (a) in the case of a mutilated Receipt, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated Receipt upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost, or stolen Receipt, after the Holder thereof (i) has submitted to the Depositary a written request for such exchange and substitution before the Depositary has notice that the Receipt has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (ii) has provided such security or indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by the Depositary to save it and any of its agents harmless, and (iii) has satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such Receipt, the authenticity thereof and the Holder's ownership thereof.

Lost Receipts, etc. In Subject to the payment of the ------------------ relevant fees, taxes, duties, charges, costs and expenses, in case any Receipt shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, lost or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt of like form and tenor at the expense of the Holder (a) in the case of a mutilated Receipt, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated Receipt upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost, lost or stolen Receipt, after upon the Registered Holder thereof (a) filing with the Depositary (i) has submitted to the Depositary a written request for such exchange execution and substitution delivery before the Depositary has notice that the any such Receipt has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (ii) has provided such security or indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by evidence satisfactory to the Depositary to save it of such destruction or loss or theft of such Receipt and any the authenticity thereof and of its agents harmlessthe Registered Holder's ownership thereof, (b) furnishing the Depositary with a sufficient indemnity bond in favour of, and reasonably satisfactory to, the Company and the Depositary and (iiic) has satisfied satisfying any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such Receipt, the authenticity thereof and the Holder's ownership thereof.

Lost Receipts, etc. In case any Receipt ADR shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, lost or stolen, the Depositary shall execute execute, register and deliver a new Receipt ADR of like tenor at the expense of the Holder (a) in the case of a mutilated ReceiptADR, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated Receipt ADR upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in the case of a destroyed, lost or stolen ADR, in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost, lost or stolen ReceiptADR, after the Holder thereof (i) has submitted to the Depositary a written request for such exchange and substitution before the Depositary has notice that the Receipt ADR has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (ii) has provided such security or indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by the Depositary to save it and any of its agents harmless, and (iii) has satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such ReceiptADR, the authenticity thereof and the Holder's ownership thereof.

Lost Receipts, etc. In Subject to the terms and conditions of this Deposit Agreement (including the DTC provisions set forth in Section 2.01 and the single DTC Receipt contemplated therein), in case any Receipt shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, mutilated and surrendered to the Depositary or destroyed or lost or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt of like form and tenor at the expense of the Holder (a) in the case of a mutilated Receipt, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated Receipt upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lostlost or stolen Receipt. Before the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt in substitution for a destroyed, lost or stolen Receipt, after the Holder holder thereof shall have (i) has submitted delivered to the Depositary (a) a written request for such exchange execution and substitution before delivery prior to the Depositary has having received notice that the Receipt has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (iib) has provided such security or indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by the Depositary to save it and any of its agents harmless, and (iii) has satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such Receipt, the authenticity Receipt and of ownership thereof and (c) indemnification satisfactory to the Holder's ownership thereofDepositary and (ii) satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary.

Lost Receipts, etc. In case any Receipt shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt of like tenor at the expense of the Holder (a) in the case of a mutilated Receipt, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated Receipt upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost, or stolen Receipt, after the Holder thereof (i) has submitted to the Depositary a written request for such exchange and substitution before the Depositary has notice that the Receipt has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (ii) has provided such security or indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by the Depositary to save it and any of its agents harmless, harmless and (iii) has satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such Receipt, the authenticity thereof and the Holder's ownership thereof.

Lost Receipts, etc. In case any Receipt shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new Receipt of like tenor at the expense of the Holder tenor, (a) in the case of a mutilated Receipt, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated Receipt upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost, or stolen Receipt, after the Holder thereof (i) has submitted to filed with the Depositary a written request for such exchange and substitution delivery before the Depositary has notice that the Receipt has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (ii) has provided such security or a sufficient indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by the Depositary to save it and any of its agents harmless, bond and (iii) has satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such Receipt, the authenticity thereof and the Holder's ownership thereof.
