Lost or Destroyed Checks. A. Any payroll warrant, mailed to a unit member and not received within seven (7) calendar days after mailing, shall be replaced within approximately two (2) weeks after the seven (7) day period, provided the unit member has given the Payroll Section a written request for replacement.
