LOSSES NOT INSURED Sample Clauses

The "Losses Not Insured" clause defines which types of losses are explicitly excluded from insurance coverage under the policy. Typically, this clause lists specific scenarios or categories of loss—such as wear and tear, intentional damage, or losses resulting from illegal activities—that the insurer will not cover. By clearly outlining these exclusions, the clause helps manage expectations and prevents disputes by ensuring both parties understand the boundaries of the insurer’s liability.
