Common use of Loss / Theft Clause in Contracts

Loss / Theft. Sponsor is solely responsible for the security of all goods, property, equipment, materials, product or any other items (“Sponsor’s Property”) that it or its contractors, agents, or other representatives bring to the Festival. The Festival shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever for any loss, misplacement or theft of Sponsor’s Property.
