LOSS PROTECTION. Lessee agrees to hold Lessor harmless from and indemnify Lessor against any and all liabilities, damages and expenses arising from injury, damage or loss to or caused by Lessee, its employees, guests, agents, sub-tenants or visitors, or any property of said persons, in or about the premises, building or grounds from any cause whatsoever, connected with the use of or activities in or about the property. Lessee further will make no claim against Lessor for any loss of or damage to the premises or property of Lessee caused by theft, burglary, water, gas or other means, unless such loss or damage is caused solely by the Lessor's gross negligence.

LOSS PROTECTION. Cardholders whose BC Ferries Assured Loading Card is registered may report their card lost or stolen by calling our Customer Service Centre at 1 888 XX XXXXX (1 888 223 3779), or in person at the participating Terminal Administration Office. Any ALTs on the card will be frozen as of the time of the report and the card will be cancelled, rendering it unusable. The remaining ALTs may then be transferred to a new BC Ferries Assured Loading Card. To transfer your ALTs, call the BC Ferries Customer Service Centre at 1 888 XX XXXXX (1 888 223 3779) or go in-person to any participating BC Ferries Terminal Administration Building. Customers may be required to answer a series of questions or present picture ID to confirm their identity. Your replacement card can be registered on your existing customer profile for continued loss protection.
LOSS PROTECTION. NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL STATES. CUSTOMER may purchase Loss Protection coverage from the Lock/Line Companies and CNA Insurance (“Lock/Line”). Exhibit 3 Data Connect –Terms, Conditions and Pricing In addition to the terms and conditions in the Agreement, the following terms and condition are applicable to the provision of GSM/GPRS data Services and are incorporated as if set forth in full in the Agreement:
LOSS PROTECTION. Loss protection is optional, and protects the renter from full replacement value charges in the event of lost, stolen or damaged equipment. If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, an amount equal to the deductible will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made. If the Customer declines the loss protection, Customer agrees to pay the full replacement value of all equipment lost, stolen, or damaged at current market value. The Customer remains liable for all airtime charges until the equipment is reported to a GIT Satellite, LLC representative as lost or stolen. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT: GIT Satellite, LLC will provide, as part of shipping charges, a second day return label. Customer agrees to ship equipment no later than 2 business days after contracted rental period. Customer understands that failure to do so will result in an additional week’s rental being billed to the credit card number on file until the rental equipment is returned.
LOSS PROTECTION. ACCG - XXXX will provide loss protection to each Member participating in a Fund as provided in the Coverage Description for the Fund.
LOSS PROTECTION. Unless the liability for damage or loss is caused by the negligence of Owner/Landlord, Owner/Landlord shall be held harmless by Tenant from any liability for damages to any person or property in or upon the leased premises or common areas, including the person or property of Tenant and its employees and all persons in the building at its or their invitation. Xxxx Xxxxx Motors Ltd. will, within the limits stated in this paragraph, indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the renter and any authorized operator from and against liability to third parties, excluding any of the renters or authorized operators family members related by blood, marriage, or adoption residing with the renter or them, if the accident results from the use of the vehicle permitted by this agreement. The limits of this protection are a combined single limit of $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage. This protection will conform to the basic requirements of any applicable mandatory “no fault law” but does not include uninsured motorists or under insured motorists, supplementary no fault or any other optional coverage, to the extent permitted by law, Xxxx Xxxxx Motors Ltd. and the renter hereby reject the inclusion of any such coverage. If such coverage is imposed by operation of law for the benefit of persons other than the renter and authorized operators, then the limits of such coverage will be the minimum required by the law of the jurisdiction in which the accident occurs. Xxxx Xxxxx Motors Ltd. warrants that the protection described in the paragraph will be provided in accordance with its lawful requirements in the jurisdiction in which the accident occurs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the protection described in this paragraph will be secondary to the renter's insurance and the insurances of the operator of the vehicle.

LOSS PROTECTION. Tenant shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend --------------- Landlord from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, judgments, decrees, orders, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' and other professional fees and costs, in connection with (a) the loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property of whatever kind or character, howsoever caused, arising from or out of any occurrence, in, upon or about the Premises, or any part thereof other than to the extent the same is caused by the acts of Landlord of its employees, and (b) any breach or default by Tenant in the full and prompt payment and performance of Tenant's obligations under this Lease. Tenant shall obtain counsel to defend Landlord, subject to the approval of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Lien Protection Lessee shall pay when due all claims for labor or materials furnished or alleged to have been furnished to or for Lessee at or for use on the Premises, which claims are or may be secured by any mechanic's or materialmen's lien against the Premises or any interest therein. Lessee shall give Lessor not less than ten (10) days' notice prior to the commencement of any work in, on, or about the Premises, and Lessor shall have the right to post notices of non-responsibility in or on the Premises as provided by law. If Lessee shall, in good faith, contest the validity of any such lien, claim or demand, then Lessee shall, at its sole expense, defend and protect itself, Lessor and the Premises against the same and shall pay and satisfy any such adverse judgment that may be rendered thereon before the enforcement thereof against the Lessor or the Premises. If Lessor shall require, Lessee shall furnish to Lessor a surety bond satisfactory to Lessor in an amount equal to one and one-half times the amount of such contested lien claim or demand, indemnifying Lessor against liability for the same, as required by law for the holding of the Premises free from the effect of such lien or claim. In addition, Lessor may require Lessee to pay Lessor's attorneys' fees and costs in participating in such action if Lessor shall decide it is to its best interest to do so.
