Loss or Mutilation. If any Subscription Certificate is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, the Agent may, on such terms which will indemnify and protect the Company and the Agent as the Agent may in its discretion impose (which shall, in the case of a mutilated Subscription Certificate include the surrender and cancellation thereof), issue a new Subscription Certificate of like denomination in substitution for the Subscription Certificate so lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed.
