Common use of Loss or Mutilation Clause in Contracts

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company from any holder of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, Warrant and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, it and (in the case of mutilation) mutilation upon surrender and cancellation of this Warranthereof, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof hereof a new Warrant of like tenor as to the lostholder; provided, stolenin the case of mutilation, destroyed or mutilated Warrantno indemnity shall be required if this Warrant in identifiable form is surrendered to the Company for cancellation.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to by the Company of satisfactory evidence of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction destruction, or mutilation of this Warrant, and (i) in the case of loss, theft, or destruction, upon receipt by the Company of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, and or (ii) in the case of mutilation) , upon receipt of this Warrant and upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will shall execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant representing the right to purchase an equal number of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated WarrantShares.

Upon receipt by the Company from any Holder of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company it of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, Warrant and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, and (in the case of mutilation) mutilation upon surrender and cancellation of this Warranthereof, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof hereof a new Warrant of like tenor as to such Holder; PROVIDED, in the lostcase of mutilation, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrantno indemnity shall be required if this Warrant in identifiable form is surrendered to the Company for cancellation.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the ------------------ Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company from any Holder of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, Warrant and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to itthe Company, and (in the case of mutilation) mutilation upon surrender and cancellation of this Warranthereof, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof hereof a new Warrant of like tenor as to such Holder; provided, in the lostcase of mutilation, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrantno indemnity shall be required if this Warrant in identifiable form is surrendered to the Company for cancellation.
