Loss of Licenses. Any Governmental Authority revokes or fails to renew any material license, permit or franchise of the Company, or the Company for any reason loses any material license, permit or franchise, or the Company suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impound of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any material license, permit or franchise; or
Loss of Licenses. Any Governmental Authority revokes, fails to renew or suspends any License of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, which revocation, failure or suspension has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or the Borrower or any Subsidiary for any reason loses any License which loss has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or the Borrower or any Subsidiary suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impound of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any License which imposition has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or
Loss of Licenses. Any Governmental Authority revokes or fails to renew any material insurance license, permit or franchise of the Company or any Significant Subsidiary, or the Company or any Significant Subsidiary for any reason loses any material insurance license, permit or franchise, or the Company or any Significant Subsidiary suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impound of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any material insurance license, permit or franchise.
Loss of Licenses. Any Governmental Authority revokes or fails to renew any license, permit or franchise of the Company or any Subsidiary, or the Company or any Subsidiary for any reason loses any license, permit or franchise, or the Company or any Subsidiary suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impound of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any license, permit or franchise, in each case to the extent that the same individually, collectively or cumulatively, does or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or
Loss of Licenses. (i) The Food and Drug Administration or any other Governmental Authority revokes or fails to renew any material license, permit, franchise, patent, trademark, service xxxx, trade name, copyright, authorization or other right of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or the Borrower or any Subsidiary for any reason loses any material license, permit, franchise, patent, trademark, service xxxx, trade name, copyright, authorization or other right, or the Borrower or any Subsidiary suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impound of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any material license, permit, franchise, patent, trademark, service xxxx, trade name, copyright, authorization or other right; and (ii) any event or circumstance described in clause (i) has resulted or is reasonably likely to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

The Company or any Subsidiary for any reason loses any material license, permit or franchise, or the Company or any Subsidiary suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impound of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any material license, permit or franchise; or
Loss of Licenses. The suspension or termination of any of Borrower’s licenses or permits which are required by law and which suspension or termination would materially adversely affect Borrower’s ability to operate Borrower’s hospital, nursing home, medical offices and related businesses on the Property substantially as presently conducted; or

Any governmental authority revokes or fails to renew any material license, permit or franchise of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or the Borrower or any Subsidiary for any reason loses any material license, permit or franchise, or the Borrower or any Subsidiary suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impound of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any material license, permit or franchise, which could reasonably be expected to result in (i) a reduction of Consolidated Net Income attributable thereto in excess of $2,000,000 or (ii) losses or liability of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, individually or in the aggregate, in excess of $2,000,000.
