Common use of Loop Transmission Types Clause in Contracts

Loop Transmission Types. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1, Verizon shall allow BitWise to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 3. Verizon shall allow BitWise access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Loop Transmission Types. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1, Verizon shall allow BitWise Intrado to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 3. Verizon shall allow BitWise Intrado access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Verizon shall allow BitWise Direct2Internet access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Verizon shall allow BitWise New Access access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1, Verizon shall allow BitWise Equal Access to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 33 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow BitWise Equal Access access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:
