Longevity Night Shift Differential. 15 Nurses employed and currently working in a night shift position for 16 twelve (12) continuous months and that are currently in a night 17 shift position shall be paid a night shift differential of ten dollars 18 ($10.00) per compensated hour. 20 LPN: Six dollars and seventy-five cents ($6.75) rate after working 21 in a night shift position for twelve (12) continuous months.
