Longevity Earned Sample Clauses

Longevity Earned. The City recognizes employees that make a commitment to continue their employment long-term. After each five (5) year period of continuous, full-time employment, a regular employee shall receive forty (40) hours of bonus vacation time posted to their vacation accrual balance, up to the vacation accrual cap.
