Common use of Long-Term Substitutes Clause in Contracts

Long-Term Substitutes. A. A long term substitute, for the purpose of this Agreement, shall be a substitute employed to replace a bargaining unit member who has been granted leave pursuant to this Agreement. Any teacher who has worked as a long-term substitute and who is re- employed by the Board shall have all contractual rights.
