Long-Term Substitutes. 6.10.1 When a long-term substitute is employed under Ohio Revised Code Section 3319.10 for sixty (60) consecutive school days in one specific teaching assignment he/she shall receive all of the privileges for that position, except that personal leave shall be accrued at the rate of one (1) day for every sixty (60) days worked after reaching the BA, Step 0, level.
