Common use of Long-Term Incentives Clause in Contracts

Long-Term Incentives. Executive shall be eligible to receive grants of long-term incentives, such as stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, rights to acquire stock or other securities of the Company or cash, all as commensurate with his position, and to the extent permitted by and in accordance with the terms of the Company’s long-term incentive plan or plans as in effect from time to time.

Long-Term Incentives. The Executive shall be eligible entitled to receive grants of long-term incentives, such as stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, rights stock options and other stock awards and/or other stock and cash awards granted pursuant to acquire stock or any other securities long term incentive plans implemented by the Company for the benefit of senior executives of the Company or cash, all as commensurate with his positionat the discretion of, and to in the extent permitted by amounts and in accordance with at the terms of times determined by, the Company’s long-term incentive plan or plans as in effect from time to timeCompensation Committee.

The Compensation Committee shall approve the mix of stock-based incentive grants, vesting and performance goals, as in effect from time to timewell as the target percentage for Executive.
