LONG TERM AVAILABILITY OF ASSET. 5.1. The purpose of the building at Queens Acre is for the provision of accommodation for Service Users during the period of the Lease subject to it being agreed in writing between the Council and the Housing Provider that the building at Queen’s Acre is no longer required for this purpose.
