Long Service Leave. Long Service Leave shall be in accordance with and provided by Co-INVEST (or its successor). When an employee has accrued an entitlement to long service leave, and after giving four (4) weeks notice to the Employer, the employee will be entitled to take such leave. Agreement for leave will not be unreasonably withheld by the Employer.
