LONG SERVICE AWARDS. Letters of recognition and certificates are given to employees who meet the milestones and ceremonies held as outlined in the scheme. Schools will decide if and how they wish to apply the scheme.
LONG SERVICE AWARDS. Employees who would celebrate a long term service award within 12 months after effective termination of employment shall receive the jubilee premium under the existing works agreement.
LONG SERVICE AWARDS a) In order to show appreciation for services rendered by an employee and as an incentive to employees to work diligently so as to serve the Company for a long time, the Company shall make the following Long Service Awards:
