Common use of Lockup Agreement Clause in Contracts

Lockup Agreement. The Company will deliver to the Subscribers on or before the Closing Date and enforce the provisions of irrevocable lockup agreements (“Lockup Agreement”) in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit G, with the persons identified on Schedule 9(y) with respect to the Common Stock and rights to acquire Common Stock set forth on Schedule 9(y).

Lockup Agreement. The Company will deliver to the Subscribers on or before the Closing Date and enforce the provisions of irrevocable lockup agreements (“"Lockup Agreement”") in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit GF, with the persons identified on Schedule 9(y) with respect to the Common Stock and rights to acquire Common Stock set forth on Schedule 9(y9(w).

Lockup Agreement. The Company will deliver to the Subscribers on or before the Closing Date and enforce the provisions of irrevocable lockup agreements (“Lockup Agreement”) in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit GF, with the persons identified on Schedule 9(y) with respect to the Common Stock and rights to acquire Common Stock set forth on Schedule 9(y9(w).

Lockup Agreement. The Company will deliver to the Subscribers Insiders and previous investors and the Insiders and previous investors will, on or before the Closing Date Date, agree to and enforce the provisions of irrevocable lockup agreements agreement (“Lockup Agreement”) in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit GB, with the persons identified on Schedule 9(y) with respect to the Common Stock and rights to acquire Common Stock set forth on Schedule 9(y9(t).

Lockup Agreement. The Subscribers acknowledge and agree that for purposes of the Lockup Agreement the term “Closing Date” used therein shall mean the date of the Initial Closing.

The Subscribers acknowledge and agree that for purposes of the Lockup Agreement the term “Closing Date” used therein shall mean the date of the Initial Closing.
