Lockbox Accounts. (a) The Collateral Manager shall establish and maintain pursuant to Lockbox Agreements with one or more Lockbox Banks, one or more Lockbox Accounts, in the name of the Borrower. All Lockbox Accounts are listed on Schedule 7.13. Each of the Collateral Manager and the Borrower hereby grants to the Facility Agent, for the benefit of itself and the Secured Parties, a security interest in all of its right, title and interest to the Lockbox Accounts.
