Locations of Inventory and Equipment. The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 5.29 to the Information Certificate (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 6.14).
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. Except as disclosed on Schedule 4.27, Inventory (if, as to any location, the aggregate book value of such Inventory kept at such location exceeds $2,000,000) and material Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.27 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15).
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. As of the date of its execution and delivery of this Agreement or the date of its execution and delivery of an Accession Agreement pursuant to Section 2.3 (as applicable), its Inventory and Equipment (other than Inventory or Equipment in transit, at the address specified in Section 8.7(a) and the Projects) are kept at the locations listed on Schedule 4.

The Inventory and Equipment (other than (x) vehicles, Inventory and Equipment out for repair or in-transit, (y) Inventory and Equipment owned by Persons other than Loan Parties or having an aggregate book value of less than $25,000 and (z) Inventory consigned pursuant to the DCAM Consignment described in clause (b) of the definition of Permitted Disposition) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.6(e).
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. Except as set forth on Schedule E-1, the Inventory and Equipment of Borrowers and their Subsidiaries is not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and is located only at, or in-transit between, the locations identified on Schedule E-1 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.14).
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. Keep each Loan Parties’ Inventory and Equipment (other than (x) vehicles, Inventory and Equipment out for repair or in-transit, (y) Inventory and Equipment owned by Persons other than Loan Parties or having an aggregate book value of less than $10,000 and (z) Inventory consigned pursuant to the DCAM Consignment described in clause (b) of the definition of Permitted Dispositions) only at the locations identified on Schedule 4.6(b) or Schedule 4.6(e); provided, that, any Borrower may amend Schedule 4.6(e) or Schedule 4.6(e) so long as such amendment occurs by written notice to Agent not less than 10 days after the date on which such Inventory or Equipment is moved to such new location.
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair and Inventory and Equipment not in excess of $250,000 at any one location and not in excess of $2,000,000 for all such locations) of the Loan Parties are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party except as identified on Schedule 4.27 and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.27 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15).
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. Each Grantor shall keep its Inventory and Equipment (other than Equipment out for repair) only at the locations identified in part (c) on Schedule 7 and shall maintain its chief executive office only at the location identified in part (b) on Schedule 7. Promptly upon the request of any Secured Party (but in no event later than five (5) days following the date of such request), each Grantor shall obtain a Collateral Access Agreement from each Person holding or otherwise in possession of or having a Lien on (as bailee or otherwise) any books and records, Inventory, Equipment or other Collateral of such Grantor.
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. Except as disclosed on Schedule 4.29, the Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair and Inventory on consignment subject to the limitations set forth in Section 6.16) of Loan Parties with an aggregate fair market value in excess of $100,000 at any one location or $250,000 in the aggregate for all such locations are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.29 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15).
Locations of Inventory and Equipment. The Inventory and Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the US Loan Parties and the Canadian Guarantors are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.27 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.16) or a Permitted Consignment Location of the US Loan Parties and the Canadian Guarantors.
