Locations of Equipment and Inventory. All of the Equipment and Inventory is, as of the date hereof, or in the case of an Additional Grantor, the date of the applicable counterpart entered into pursuant to Section 22 (each, a "COUNTERPART") located at the places specified in Schedule 4(b), except for Inventory which, in the ordinary course of business, is in transit either (i) from a supplier to a Grantor, (ii) between the locations specified in Schedule 4(b), or (ii) to customers of a Grantor.
Locations of Equipment and Inventory. All of the Equipment and Inventory is, as of the date hereof, or in the case of an Additional Grantor, the date of the applicable counterpart entered into pursuant to Section 21 hereof (each, a "COUNTERPART") located at the places specified in Schedule 4(b), except for Equipment and Inventory which, in the ordinary course of business, is in transit either (i) from a supplier or a processor to a Grantor, (ii) between the locations specified in Schedule 4(b), (iii) from a supplier or a Grantor to a processor, or (iv) to customers of a Grantor.
Locations of Equipment and Inventory. All of the Equipment and Inventory is, as of the date hereof, located at the places specified in Schedule 4(b) annexed hereto.
Locations of Equipment and Inventory. All of the Equipment and Inventory is, as of the date hereof, located at the places specified in section 4(b) of the Disclosure Schedule hereto, except for Inventory and Equipment comprising of mobile goods which, in the ordinary course of business, is in transit either (i) from a supplier to the Grantor, (ii) between the locations specified in section 4(b) of the Disclosure Schedule hereto, or (iii) to customers of the Grantor, and except for Inventory held by Xxxxxx Micro, Inc. or Grantor’s other distributor or vendor partners.
Locations of Equipment and Inventory. All of the Equipment and Inventory is, as of the date such Grantor has become a party hereto, located at the places specified in Schedule 4(b) annexed hereto.
Locations of Equipment and Inventory. Each Grantor will keep its Equipment and Inventory (other than Inventory sold in the ordinary course of business or Equipment or Inventory sold, leased or disposed of in accordance with the Credit Agreement) at the places therefor specified in Section 2 to the Perfection Certificate or at such other locations as such Grantor may determine from time to time, provided that such Grantor shall give written notice to the Collateral Agent specifying any such other location within 30 days after the first date on which any Equipment or Inventory is moved to such location.
Locations of Equipment and Inventory. All of the Equipment and Inventory existing on the date of the Agreement is located at the places specified in Schedule C. The Guarantor will immediately notify the Bank of any additional state in which any item of Equipment or Inventory is hereafter located.

All of the Equipment and Inventory having a value in excess of $500,000 is, as of the date hereof, or in the case of an Additional Grantor, the date of the applicable counterpart entered into pursuant to Section 24 hereof (each, a "COUNTERPART") located at the places specified in Schedule 4(b), except for Equipment that is temporarily moved from places specified in Schedule 4(b) to undergo repair or Inventory which, in the ordinary course of business, is in transit either (i) from a supplier to a Grantor, (ii) between the locations specified in Schedule 4(b), or (iii) to customers of a Grantor.
Locations of Equipment and Inventory. All of the Equipment and Inventory is located at the places set forth on Schedule 6 annexed hereto, except for (i) Inventory which, in the ordinary course of business, is (A) in transit from a supplier to a Grantor, (B) in transit between the locations set forth on Schedule 6 annexed hereto, or (C) in transit to customers of a Grantor, (ii) Equipment being repaired in the ordinary course of business and temporarily located at a location of the party repairing such Equipment, or (iii) with respect to the pharmacy business, Equipment and Inventory at customer locations in the ordinary course of business, not in excess of an aggregate book value of $20,000 at such customer location.
