Location; Inspection. Once installed, no item of the Equipment will be moved or relocated from the location specified for it in the Equipment Schedule without Lessor’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor shall have the right at all reasonable times during regular business hours to enter into and upon the property where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment.
Location; Inspection. The Property will be initially located or based at the location specified in the applicable Property Schedule. Lessor shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours to enter into and upon the property of Lessee for the purpose of inspecting the Property.

Equipment will not be removed from, or if Equipment is rolling stock its permanent base will not be changed from, the Location without Lessor’s prior written consent which will not be unreasonably withheld. Upon reasonable notice to Lessee, Lessor may enter the Location or elsewhere during normal business hours to inspect the Equipment.

The Equipment shall not be removed from, or if the Equipment consists of mobile goods or rolling stock, its permanent base shall not be changed from, the Equipment Location without Lessor's prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor shall be entitled to enter upon the Equipment Location or elsewhere during reasonable business hours to inspect the Equipment or observe its use and operation.
Location; Inspection. Lessor will be entitled to enter upon the Project or elsewhere during reasonable business hours to inspect, or observe the use of the Project.
Location; Inspection. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease Agreement or consented to in writing by Sunrise, Equitrans will keep each item of equipment comprising the Sunrise Facilities in Equitrans’ possession and control at the installed locations as of the date such facilities are constructed and placed into service. Sunrise will have the right, but not the duty, to inspect the Sunrise Facilities and observe their use during normal business hours, and Equitrans will ensure Sunrise’s ability to enter into and upon the premises where the Sunrise Facilities are located for such purpose, subject to Equitrans’ reasonable safety, confidentiality, and security requirements.
Location; Inspection. The Property will be located within the State. The Corporation will be entitled to inspect the Property during regular business hours upon at least one Business Day’s prior notice. The Local Agency acknowledges, and consents and agrees to, the right of the Corporation to so inspect the Property.
Location; Inspection. The Equipment shall be delivered to the location specified on Schedule A or, if none is specified, at Lessee’s address set forth above. Lessor shall have the right to inspect the Equipment at any reasonable time.

Lessor shall have the right at all reasonable times during regular business hours to enter into and upon the property where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment; provided, that, so long as no Event of Default or Event of Non-Appropriation has occurred or is continuing, Lessor shall first arrange with Lessee as to the times during regular business hours that Lessor may inspect the Equipment.

The Equipment shall not be removed from, or if the Equipment consists of rolling stock, its permanent base shall not be changed from EMSA’s Western Division without Lessor’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor shall be entitled to enter upon the Equipment Location or elsewhere during reasonable business hours to inspect the Equipment or observe its use and operation.
