Common use of Locates Clause in Contracts

Locates. The Parties shall, at its own cost and at the request of the other Party (or its contractors or authorized agents), physically locate its respective facilities by marking the ROW using paint, staking or other suitable identification method (“Locates”), in accordance with the required Ontario legislation administered by Ontario One Call.
