Local Vendors. To the extent such practice and its implementation are consistent with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations, the Company shall use good faith efforts in a legal and non-discriminatory manner to give priority to qualified local businesses and vendors in the provision of goods and services called for in the construction, maintenance and continued operation of the Facility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, residency within the Town will be one of several factors in hiring decisions at the Facility but shall not be determinative and shall not prevent the Company from engaging services from the most qualified vendors.
Local Vendors. Post-Closing, Advocate will use its commercially reasonable efforts to support local economic development and to maintain existing business relationships between local vendors and suppliers and Xxxxxxx Hospital. In furtherance thereof, Advocate shall seek to maintain relationships with local vendors that pre-date the Closing, provided that the goods and/or services provided by such vendors are provided at quality and cost levels that are comparable to or better than those that Advocate has negotiated.
Local Vendors. If a vendor bills Sabre or its affiliates for Infrastructure Charges in Brazil in Brazilian Reais, then TAM will pay its portion of such vendor invoice in Reais directly to the Sabre affiliate which received such vendor invoice. All other fees and charges otherwise due to Sabre under the Agreement and this WO1 not specifically described in this Section 7.7 shall be payable in USD, in accordance with Section 5 of the Agreement.
Local Vendors. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Owner may suggest that any services that are provided by third party vendors, other than Centralized Services and exclusive providers, be obtained from a local vendor (including minority owned business enterprises and women owned business enterprises), and Manager’s consent to such request will not be unreasonably withheld if Owner can demonstrate to Manager’s reasonable satisfaction that such service can be provided at least as efficiently as a reputable third-party identified by Owner, and that the quality of the service will satisfy Manager’s national quality requirements in Manager’s reasonable discretion. Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 2.29 or the preceding sentence to the contrary, however, Manager shall have the right to continue to use National Vendors with whom it has exclusive contracts or local vendors engaged to achieve Omni Brand Standards or meet the Four Diamond operating standards, so long as Manager reasonably believes that it can meet the goals provided in Section 2.29.
Local Vendors. Wellspring shall make every effort in a legal and non- discriminatory manner to give priority to qualified Town businesses, suppliers, contractors and vendors in the provision of goods (other than marijuana and marijuana products) and services.
Local Vendors. Company agrees that, to the extent permissible by law, the Company will make every effort in a legal and non-discriminatory manner to contract with local businesses, suppliers, contractors and vendors in the provision of goods and services related to the overall operation of the Company.
Local Vendors. The Developer shall endeavor to use local suppliers and vendors in the development, construction, and equipping of the Project, with particular emphasis upon the inclusion of minority-owned (“MBE”) and women-owned (“WBE”) business enterprises as those terms are defined in the Act, provided that such suppliers and vendors can provide quality goods and/or services at competitive prices. The City encourages and the Developers agree they will use their best efforts to create the formation of joint ventures as that term is defined in I.e. 4-33-14-3 and to utilize the same as contractors and vendors in the project. For purposes of this Section, “local vendors” shall be deemed to be vendors located in the City of Xxxx or Lake County, Indiana. The Developer shall cooperate with the Gaming Advisory Committee, which may be established by the City to assist the Developer in achieving the supplier and vendor goals set forth herein.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Corporation may suggest that any services that are provided by third party vendors, other than Group Services, be obtained from a local vendor (including minority owned business enterprises and women owned business enterprises), and Manager's consent to such request will not be unreasonably withheld if Corporation can demonstrate to Manager's reasonable satisfaction that such service can be provided in a more cost-efficient way through a reputable third-party identified by Corporation, and that the quality of the service will satisfy Manager's national quality requirements in Manager's reasonable discretion.
Local Vendors. Manager shall make consistent effort to assure compliance with the provisions of Section 22 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, PFIC may suggest that any goods or services that are provided by third party vendors be obtained from a local vendor (including minority owned business enterprises and women owned business enterprises), and Manager’s consent to such request will not be unreasonably withheld if PFIC can demonstrate to Manager’s reasonable satisfaction that such service can be provided in a more cost-efficient way through a reputable third-party identified by PFIC, and that the quality of the service will satisfy Manager’s national quality requirements in Manager’s reasonable discretion.
Local Vendors. Wynn shall make a good faith effort to utilize local contractors and suppliers for the construction and future operations of the Project and shall afford such opportunities to local vendors when such contractors and suppliers are properly qualified and price competitive. Such efforts shall include actively soliciting bids from Everett vendors through local advertisements, coordination with the Xxxxxxx Chamber of Commerce and such other reasonable measures as the City may from time to time request. Wynn also agrees to make reasonable efforts to utilize women‐owned and minority‐owned vendors within the City. In addition, Wynn agrees that it will include as part of its rewards/frequent guest/loyalty or similar programs vouchers/gift certificates to Everett businesses outside of the Project Site. Wynn commits to purchase and issue at least $50,000 in such vouchers/gift certificates annually.
