Common use of Local Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Local Negotiating Committee. (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize three (3) Negotiating Committee members as outlined in the local appendix to represent their respective bargaining units. This committee shall be comprised of the unit chairperson in addition to two (2) committee members to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the Bargaining Unit who have completed their probationary period.
