Common use of Local Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Local Negotiating Committee. (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize five (5) Negotiating Committee members to represent the respective bargaining unit. This committee shall be comprised of the Unit Chairperson in addition to four (4) committee members to be elected, or appointed from amongst employees in the Bargaining Unit who have completed their probationary period.

This committee shall be comprised of the Unit Chairperson in addition to four (4) committee members , to be elected, elected or appointed from amongst employees in the Bargaining Unit who have completed their probationary periodbargaining unit. In the event that Local .on and participating Hospitals decide to voluntarily bargain regionally for future negotiations, then the Union Negotiating Committee will consist of no more than one (1) full-time representative from each Hospital and a maximum of two (2) part-time employees representing all part-time units participating in regional negotiations.
