Local Exchange Services. Resold basic exchange Service includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: Voice Grade Local Exchange Access Line - includes a telephone number and dial tone; Local Calling - at local usage measured rates if applicable to the Customer; Access to long distance carriers; E-911 Emergency Dialing; Access to Service Access Codes - e.g., 800, 888, 900; Use of AIN Services (those Currently Available to Customers); Customer Private Line Services; Listing of telephone number in appropriate "white pages" directory; Copy of "White Pages" and "Yellow Pages" directories for the appropriate VERIZON service area; and

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use.   • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use.

  • Dialysis Services This plan covers dialysis services and supplies provided when you are inpatient, outpatient or in your home and under the supervision of a dialysis program. Dialysis supplies provided in your home are covered as durable medical equipment.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.
