LOCAL EFFORT. The Company shall use its best efforts to hire employees residing within Okaloosa County and to use local suppliers for its goods and services.
LOCAL EFFORT. GRANTEE covenants and agrees to make good-faith efforts, subject in all cases to GRANTEE's usual and customary hiring policies and applicable law, to hire a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Full-Time Job Requirement from local residents. "Local" is defined, for the purposes of this Agreement, as an employee whose principal residence is located within the incorporated city limits of the City of San Antonio or within the county limits of Bexar County.
