Common use of Local Compliance Clause in Contracts

Local Compliance. Except as otherwise contemplated in Section 16(a), ---------------- Distributor will, at its expense, obtain and maintain the governmental authorizations, registrations and filings that may be required under the laws of the Territory to execute or perform this Agreement. Distributor will otherwise comply with all laws, regulations and other legal requirements within the Territory that apply to this Agreement, including tax and foreign exchange legislation.
