Common use of Lobbying Activities Clause in Contracts

Lobbying Activities. Pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 1352, and any regulations promulgated thereunder, the Contractor hereby assures and certifies that no federally appropriated funds have been paid, or will be paid, by or on behalf of the Contractor, to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress, in connection with the awarding of any federal contract, the making of any federal grant, the making of any federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative contract, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any federal contract, grant, loan or cooperative contract. If any funds other than federally appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with this Contract, the Contractor shall complete and submit Standard Form-LLL, "Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying", in accordance with its instructions.

Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 1502 and 31 U.S.C. § 1352, as amended from time to time , and any regulations promulgated thereunder, the Contractor Recipient and Program Partner hereby assures and certifies certify that no federally Federally appropriated funds have been paid, paid or will be paid, paid by or on behalf of the Contractor, Recipient or Program Partner to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress, in connection with the awarding of any federal Federal contract, the making of any federal grantFederal award, the making of any federal Federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative contractagreement, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendmentamendment to, or modification of any federal Federal contract, grantaward, loan loan, or cooperative contractagreement. If any funds other than federally Federally appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with this ContractCongress, the Contractor Recipient and/or Program Partner shall complete and submit Standard Form-LLL, "“Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying", in accordance with its instructions”.
