Lobbying Activities. The Contractor has provided, in Exhibit C to this Agreement, its certification that it is in compliance with the requirements of 29 CFR Part 93, restricting lobbying activities. The Contractor shall also make available upon request required disclosure information if the Contractor participates in lobbying activities during the Contract period.
