Common use of Loans or Advances Clause in Contracts

Loans or Advances. Purchase or hold beneficially any stock, other securities or evidences of indebtedness of, or make or have outstanding, any loans or advances to, or otherwise extend credit to, or make any investment or acquire any interest whatsoever in, any other person, firm, corporation or other entity, except investments disclosed on the Borrower’s Historical Financial Statements or acceptable to the Bank in its sole discretion.

Purchase or hold beneficially any stock, other securities or evidences evidence of indebtedness of, or make or have outstanding, any loans or advances to, or otherwise extend credit to, or make any investment or acquire any interest whatsoever in, any other person, firm, corporation or other entity, except investments disclosed on the Borrower’s Historical Financial Statements that have been provided to the Bank on or before the date hereof, or that are otherwise acceptable to the Bank in its sole discretion.
