Loan Registry. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that the loan agreement for each of the Mortgage Loans identified on Schedule VIII attached to this Agreement provides that the related Mortgagor or an agent of the related Mortgagor shall maintain a register (the “Lender Register”) on which it will record the related Mortgage Loan and each assignment thereof and/or participation therein. Promptly following the Closing Date, the Master Servicer shall confirm, with respect to each of the Mortgage Loans identified on Schedule VIII attached to this Agreement, that the related Mortgagor or its agent has reflected the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders as the new lender on the applicable Lender Register.
