LOAN DOCUMENTS ARE IN FULL FORCE. Except as specifically provided herein, all the terms of the Credit Agreement, the Note and the security agreement, the pledge agreement and the other Loan Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and the other Loan Agreements and their related documents are unaffected hereby and remain in full force and effect.

  • Agreement in Full Force and Effect Except as expressly set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
