Common use of Loan Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Loan Disbursements. The proceeds of the Bonds shall be disbursed by the Bondowner Representative only in accordance with a written requisition of Borrower approved in writing by the Bondowner Representative, which approval shall be granted by the Bondowner Representative upon satisfaction or waiver by the Bondowner Representative of the conditions set forth in Article 4 of this Loan Agreement.
