Loading Dock and Freight Elevator Sample Clauses
The Loading Dock and Freight Elevator clause defines the rules and procedures for a tenant’s use of a building’s loading dock and freight elevator facilities. Typically, it outlines when and how tenants can access these areas, such as requiring advance scheduling for large deliveries or moves, and may specify restrictions on hours of use or the types of materials that can be transported.
