Common use of Load Shedding Clause in Contracts

Load Shedding. To the extent that a system contingency exists on the NEPOOL Transmission System and the System Operator determines that it is necessary for the customers taking Internal Point-to-Point Service and/or Through or Out Service and Network Customers to shed load, the Parties shall shed load in accordance with previously established procedures under the Network Operating Agreement, or in accordance with other mutually agreed-to provisions.

Load Shedding. To the extent that a system contingency exists on the NEPOOL Transmission System and the System Operator determines that it is necessary for the customers taking Internal Point-to-Point Service and/or Through or Out Service Participants and Network Customers the Transmission Customer to shed load, the Parties shall shed load in accordance with previously established the procedures under the Network Operating AgreementAgreement and the rules adopted thereunder, or in accordance with other mutually agreed-to provisions.

Load Shedding. To the extent that a system contingency exists on the NEPOOL Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and the System Operator Transmission Provider determines that it is necessary for the customers taking Internal Point-to-Point Service and/or Through or Out Service Transmission Provider and the Network Customers Customer to shed load, the Parties shall shed load in accordance with previously established procedures under the Network Operating Agreement, or in accordance with other mutually agreed-to provisions.
