Load Forecasting. The Companies shall not be required to provide to any XXXX Supplier any load forecasting services.

Load Forecasting. (a) On a daily basis, DLC shall deliver to the POLR Supplier, no later than three hours prior to the close of the ACAP market then set by the PJM West Protocols, the POLR Supply Forecasts and the DLC Zone Hourly Forecasts for the following calendar day. DLC shall provide updates to the POLR Supply Forecasts and DLC Zone Hourly Forecasts delivered to the POLR Supplier by delivering to the POLR Supplier a real-time POLR Supply Forecast and DLC Zone Hourly Forecast for each hour.

Load Forecasting. EESI will estimate the full Gas requirements each Gas Day for those customers which EMW has notified EESI that it has acquired and for whom EMW desires to purchase Gas each Gas Day from EESI (the "LOAD FORECAST") pursuant to Article 3.1. (the "LOAD FORECASTING SERVICE").

(a) DLC shall provide POLR Supply Forecasts for each hour during the term of this Agreement following the earliest Rate Class Effective Date hereunder to the POLR Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 6 -- Load Forecasting -- of the Supplier Tariff (including any future modifications to such tariff), which terms and conditions are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. DLC may update any such POLR Supply Forecast delivered to the POLR Supplier by delivering to the POLR Supplier another POLR Supply Forecast for such hour no later than three (3) hours prior to such hour (or such shorter period of time in the event of emergency operations as contemplated by the Supplier Tariff).
Load Forecasting. The Dayton Power and Light Company shall not be required to provide to any SSO Supplier any load forecasting services.

Supplier shall analyze the individual loads of the Customers and the aggregate Retail Load, taking into account, among other things, historical usage, weather conditions and other system conditions, to forecast the anticipated Retail Load for each hour during the Delivery Period. Buyer may request and Seller will provide its monthly load forecast from time to time;
