LIVING ENVIRONMENT. 2.5.a. The Tenant shall keep the Room and Flat in a clean and tidy condition at all times and to carry out its share of cleaning in the common area of the Flat. The Tenant understands that kitchen/lounge/corridor inspections will be carried out fortnightly and if found to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and tidiness then all tenants within that Flat will be given 24 hours to rectify and if on reinspection areas are still in an unacceptable state then the Tenants will share the cost of the Landlord employing cleaning staff to rectify. The Tenant understands that mid tenancy inspections will be carried out of the bedroom/bathroom with prior notice given and if the areas are found to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and tidiness then the Tenant will be given 24 hours to rectify and if on reinspection after this time the area is still in an unacceptable state then the Tenant will pay the cost of the Landlord employing cleaning staff to rectify and grant them access to do so.

LIVING ENVIRONMENT. For example: cleaning (kitchen, dishes, bathroom, trash removal, vacuuming, etc.); noise in the apartment; sharing personal possessions (stereo, TV, food, etc.)
LIVING ENVIRONMENT. The Tenant and members of Tenant’s household will not smoke tobacco products or any other substance anywhere in the Premises nor permit any guests or visitors to smoke in the Premises. Under no circumstances shall the premises be used for illegal possession and /or storing of any drug classified under New York State or federal laws a controlled substance. In the event such substances found to be in the leased premises, Landlord has the right to terminate the lease as per the provisions of the lease.
LIVING ENVIRONMENT. The buyer agrees to maintain the dog in a humane environment and properly train and care for it. It is agreed between seller and buyer that this dog is being acquired as a family companion dog. The dog will reside in the home and not be kenneled outdoors or left outdoors permanently. If Seller finds that the dog is an outdoor dog and not living in the home, Xxxxx will relinquish the dog to the Seller. Immunizations: Specifically the animal will be properly inoculated against rabies, distemper, parvo-virus, and other communicable diseases as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. It is understood that buyers may choose to separate immunizations, and vary the timing, which is acceptable. Cost for same will be the responsibility of the buyer. Seller pays for the first set of immunizations and worming. Training: Seller also urges the buyer to attend obedience classes with the said dog. Seller is not obligated to any damages the dog may do. Buyer will also take steps to “dog proof” the living environment by eliminating hazards, which may be chewed, covering or unplugging electrical cords, other aggressive animals, or aggressive or very young children. A young child is not able to understand pain or the principles of leverage or force, therefore must only be in the presence of a dog under close supervision.

  • Health, Safety and Environment 41.1 In the performance of this Contract, Contractor and Operator shall conduct Petroleum Operations with due regard to health, safety and the protection of the environment (“HSE”) and the conservation of natural resources, and shall in particular:

The Supplier and its staff (and/or any sub-supplier and/or subcontractor) shall comply with the laws and regulations in force related to protection of the environment, the health and safety instructions applicable to the Goods and Services performed pursuant to the Contract and especially, if appropriate, to the Goodsand Services performedon any Site by a third company.

  • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control (a) The Hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.
