Living Conditions. 28.1 Fire Department facilities will be subject to inspection in even-numbered years by Health and Safety Inspectors. Wherever possible and practical, items requiring attention will be dealt with in the calendar year of the inspection. Otherwise, such items will be included in the estimates of the following year and given high priority by the Fire Department.
