Livestock. 5.1 Except with the prior written permission of the Council, the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment including rabbits and hens, which are permitted by the Allotments Act 1950.

Livestock. 15.1 The Occupant / Tenant may introduce poultry or bees to the allotment. They must submit a letter of application and sketched plans to NATC, outlining any proposals for the keeping of bees or poultry. Based on the soundness and merits of each individual application, the Council will grant or deny permission provided that no special condition made under this paragraph shall have the effect of prohibiting or restricting the keeping of bees or poultry as provided for in Section 12(1)
Livestock. The Licensee shall not keep or permit to be kept any animals, reptile or bird upon the Premises or any part thereof or in the surrounding areas designated by the Licensor.

8.3 Consent from the Council will be required in order to keep bees. A separate policy and agreement is required.
