Livestock. 7.1 Except with the prior written consent of the Council the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment Garden save rabbits and hens to the extent permitted by section 12 Allotments Act 1950. (Such animals not to be kept for trade or business purposes and accordingly to be limited in number as the Council may provide in writing.)
Livestock. Before entering the site of the works to commence work or effect delivery of plant, materials or equipment, the Contractor shall make proper provision to ensure that any livestock on or near the site of the works are adequately restrained from straying. In this regard the Contractor shall give proper advance notice to the occupier (if any) of the site, the Principal and the Superintendent.

Livestock. 3.8.1 Written consent is required from CTC to keep poultry on an allotment. An application form is attached to this agreement. For tenants taking on an allotment from 1 April 2019, a maximum of 10 will be allowed per tenant. Further details can be found in the Guidelines for Keeping Poultry 2019 (Clause 3.3.4.2).

Livestock. Brandywine, at its sole cost and expense, shall cause to be located and operated a small-scale livestock operation that includes cattle, pigs, goats, chickens, turkeys and, subject to the City’s prior approval, other types of livestock (individually or collectively, “Livestock”). Brandywine shall use approximately eight (8) acres for rotational grazing of Livestock, and prior to location of Livestock on the Site, the City shall determine the maximum amount of Livestock that may be located on the Site at any one time. Brandywine shall be exclusively responsible for (A) care of the Livestock, including, without limitation, providing food, veterinary care, shelter and fencing; and (B) ensuring that Livestock are safely maintained at the Park and that interaction between Livestock and park visitors is safe, sanitary, and supervised. For the protection of visitors and the Livestock, Brandywine shall develop and at all times maintain and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation policies.
Livestock. It is strictly prohibited, under this agreement, for any livestock or poultry of any kind, to be kept on the allotment.
