Litter. In an effort to keep our streets clean, ships' crew and passengers will be asked to utilize trash containers and cigarette ash trays. Agreements Regarding Docks, Harbors, & the Airport Docks and harbors are regulated under the Skagway Municipal Code (Chapter 12.08 Small Boat Harbor). Operators will conduct pre-season training in a manner which emphasizes these guidelines.
