Common use of Litter Removal Clause in Contracts

Litter Removal. During each mowing cycle, all litter and debris are to be removed prior to and upon completion of the cutting. Litter and debris removal includes the pickup, removal, and disposal from the right-of-way and County property of any obstacle such as wood, signs, tires, cans, etc., which cannot be traversed by the mowing equipment.
